Scientific Reviews – An International Journal operates under a Gold Open Access publishing model, ensuring that all published articles are freely accessible online without subscription or access restrictions. To support editorial management, peer review coordination, professional editing, typesetting, online hosting, archiving, and long-term journal maintenance, an Article Processing Charge (APC) is applied to accepted manuscripts.

The APC is charged only after a manuscript has successfully completed peer review and has been formally accepted for publication. No submission or review charges are applied prior to acceptance.

The journal currently maintains a standard Article Processing Charge of USD 100 per accepted article, excluding any applicable taxes or transaction charges. This fee enables the journal to maintain sustainable open-access dissemination while ensuring quality publication services.

The journal is committed to supporting researchers globally and does not intend publication costs to become a barrier to knowledge dissemination. Therefore, waivers or partial discounts may be granted on a case-by-case basis, particularly for authors from low- and middle-income countries or researchers lacking institutional or funding support. To encourage early submissions and recognize impactful contributions, the journal may also introduce periodic publication incentives and awards, including discounted or waived APC for outstanding or highly cited contributions.
